We all know how good it is to have correct clipart in a times of tight deadlines and creative block which, sooner or later, happens to all of us. And It's much more better to have them for free. That's what we doing here - sharing tons of design tools for free. Most of them even free for commercial purposes: web-design and prints, brochures and b-cards, posters and flyers, creative illustrations t-shirt design, book/CD/DVD covers or logotypes. But please don't sell Dezignus.com freebies as is. Have Fun!
Today I’m gladly present you “must have tool” – vector blinks and stars. You can use them for you vector based Illustrations, or you can transfer them in Photoshop (thought Illustrator) and put any size for them.

Is there any way to change an eps file to something that I can use? I don’t have AI or Photoshop. EPS files are recognizable in the programs I use, and would live to be able to use these like everyone else.

I don’t know how to help you. I use only Photoshop and sometimes AI. Why you don’t use that software?
can u tell me how u install them in photoshop
You need to open them in Adobe Illustrator, then you need to copy them and paste into Photoshop.
THANKS GUYS, I GUESS WHAT I’M ASKING IS THERE ANY TYPE OF FILE CONVERTER THAT I CAN CONVERT AN .AI OR .EPS FORMAT TO .PNG, JPG ETC…THANKS.
I HAVE IRFANVIEW, WHICH GIVES ME A BLURRY VIEW OF SOME .EPS FILES AND YES, i INSTALLED THE PLUG IN TO ‘READ’ THE FILES AND IT WON’T WORK FOR .AI
