We all know how good it is to have correct clipart in a times of tight deadlines and creative block which, sooner or later, happens to all of us. And It's much more better to have them for free. That's what we doing here - sharing tons of design tools for free. Most of them even free for commercial purposes: web-design and prints, brochures and b-cards, posters and flyers, creative illustrations t-shirt design, book/CD/DVD covers or logotypes. But please don't sell Dezignus.com freebies as is. Have Fun!
Good news my friends. CGTextures is quickly becoming the number one choice for free textures/background downloading. Top quality textures and easy site navigation lets you find exactly the right texture for your art work.
The bad thing is that as long as you don’t have paid membership you can download only 15 mb per day. But know, to celebrate the 20.000th texture, all quotas was doubled until the end of 2007! And we can download 30 mb of HQ textures and backgrounds per day.
I’m regretting that I open these site only few days ago, but I’m very glad that I found it =)

Welcome to Dezignus - Design freebies Heaven. My name is Stanly and I started Dezignus as a personal blog in 2007. Today it is well known, friendly, community of people interested in design and sharing useful stuff with others: vector graphic, photoshop brushes and shapes, textures, wallpapers, PSD source... Our authors enjoy sharing there work with other designers to demonstrate there skills and to make the web just a little bit prettier...

As best as I can tell, these aren’t really free – unless you found something I can’t find. All I saw was paid memberships. Did I miss something?

=) hmmm strange, you can download 15 mb of textures per day for free, I just test it and it’s still working.
I sure don’t know how I am missing the download links, but I am. I’ll just have to go do some more exploring, I guess.
